Selection Procedure

  1. As there is no budgetory support and obligation for rural sector(In India Rural sector is huge) BSNL cannot be categorized as loss making PSE.The same is clear as per prc recommendation and if Admn Ministry okays BSNL employees may get 3rd prc benefits.

  2. Dear all, pl do not hope for this job. Because:

    1. First shock you will get at the time of joining: simply without any reason they will capture your all original certificates and you will never get them back until you resign from the job.

    If you ask for the certificates they will say “certificate lake kay karoge… it is safe here”

    2. If you are selected for Corporate office then it might be little good else nobody will bother whether you are there or not… there is nobody whom you can ask for help.

    3. Work culture is basically same as BSNL i.e. you will never get timely promotion(As per my knowledge the very first Executive Trainee batch is till under probation period even after 2 years has been passed), all higher posts will be captured by ITS(Indian Telecom Service officer), how much hard you work you will reach upto DGM. Basically it is a perfect platform for the ITS not for others.

    4. Like BSNL you will never get Pay Revision.

    5. You have to visit sites and the DA is only Rs.187 per day, using which you can only buy water and 1 time food.

    If you ask for job profile, The main job here is that every body will push the number of GP(gram panchayat) lit i.e. any how you have to show them that the GP is connected via fiber. They will not bother whether GP are getting internet or not. As a result second time when you visit any GP, GP people will insult you. You will know that this is your fault but you can not do anything.

    Mainly fiber is laid by BSNL. Nobody from BSNL will help you and BBNL will not give you any training except first 5day induction program. As a result you can do nothing except for seeing that cores of Rs has been spent but actually no output.

    Only good thing is that you will get Rs. 1500 per month for you mobile bill and Rs. 1000 for Landline.
