Higher Secondary or 12th Class (with Min. 45% marks Gen/OBC and 40% for SC/ST) and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Minimum 1 years experience in Heavy Vehicle Driving (Excluding Training).
Minimum age limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age Limit for General Candidate: 26 Years
The date of Birth mentioned in the Matriculation/High School certificate exam mark sheet will be considered for the calculation of age.
The relaxation in the age limit is as per Government of India Guidelines.
Junior Operator Aviation Gr.-I Selection Procedure
The selection procedure is divided into two stages. First one is written the examination and another one is skill proficiency physical test. The detail of each exam is shown here for more info.

Note: There is no negative marking for the wrong answer. The duration of the written test is 90 Minutes.
The IOCL selection committee will call the written test qualifying candidates in the ratio of 1:2 (as per category wise merit list) for the next stage skill proficiency physical test (SPPT).
The SPPT stage is qualifying in nature and no marks will be awarded for the performance in the test. A candidate may get selected or rejected on the basis of performance.
