The Government of Madhya Pradesh had initiated the Patwari recruitment process for the Nine Thousand Thirty-Five (9235) posts in the various district of the state.
Patwari Job Profile
S/he is responsible to keep the records of the agriculture & non-agriculture land of Village under his/her jurisdiction. Nowadays the records are maintained online in the servers through a Madhya Pradesh Land Record portal.
One Patwari may be in charge of the Eight to Ten villages in a Tehseel, s/he also collects the agricultural tax from the farmers of the villages.

As per official advertisement, the pay scale for the Madhya Pradesh Patwari is 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of 2100. As this pay scale is according to 6th CPC. After the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission for MP Government Employees, the revised basic pay for patwari is 22100. How to become Patwari
If one wants to be a Patwari under Government of Madhya Pradesh, S/he required to register the e-application form via MPPEB portal which was earlier known as Vyapam.
Candidate must be a Graduate.
He/she should clear Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT).
If an applicant doesn’t have the Computer Proficiency Certificate, s/he must get it by clearing the examination even after appointment and within 2 Years of the appointment.
The maximum age limit for the Madhya Pradesh candidates is 40 years.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the above post through MPOnline website. The Fee for online application is 500 for General Candidates and 250 for the others.
Those who found eligible for the post, they can appear for the online examination which is conducted in two parts of 2 hours each. Each part will have 100 questions and every question carry one mark.
There is no negative marking for the MP Patwari online examination. The minimum qualifying marks for General candidates are 50% and 40% for the other reserved classes.
