The Government of Madhya Pradesh has announced the recruitment of the 17,000 High School and 5,670 Middle school Teacher through MP Professional Examination Board. Here I will share the Salary of Shikshak after 7th Pay Commission report implementation and eligibility criteria to become a Teacher in MP state.

MPPEB Teacher Salary

The High School Teacher is a Gazetted Officer in Group B Cadre under state government service, he/she gets appointed in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay 3,600. The revised basic pay for the post is 36,200 after the 7th CPC.

Similarly, a Middle School Teacher is a Class-III non-Gazetted post in the state. A Middle School Shikshak joins the service in the pay band of 9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay 3,200. The Basic pay after the revision is 32,800.

Selection Procedure

Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill up the online application form official website. A Test will be conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board as explained in the above table. The Number of Questions marks details and duration is not yet released by the MPPEB. Few details available from the advertisement are as follows;

  1. Each Question will carry One Mark.
  2. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.

Candidates need to download the admit card from the MPPEB Official website. The candidates are advised to carry the following things in the examination hall;

  • Admit Card (TAC)
  • Black Ball Point Pen
  • Original Identity Card (Voter ID Or PAN Card Or Aadhar Card Or Driving License)
