Madhya Pradesh Public service commission has issued the examination calendar for the examination of state services & forest services. The successful candidate will get chance to work in the highest post in the state government departments.

MPPEB Combined Recruitment Test 2018

The MP state service exam holds one or two-year interval for the Class-II and Class-III officers post. The seat details category wise for this year recruitment are as follows

Number of Vacancies

This year total number of seats is 202. The seats are further divided according to the MP state reservation rules.

Education Qualification

The minimum qualification for the state service examination is Graduation. Those who are the final year of the graduation are eligible to apply for the post provided that their result should be published before the last date of mains form submission.

The candidates having professional degree courses certificate like Engineering, Pharmacy etc are also eligible for the exam.

The prelims exam marks will not be added to the final merit list preparations. Only mains exam & personal interview performance will be considered in the final selection.

The commission will allow 15 times of total seats to appear in the main examination. As the total number of vacancies are 202, hence around 3030 candidates will be qualified for next round.

The minimum qualification percentage marks for each paper is 40%whereas same is set to 30% for reserved category candidates.

Important Points to remember

The candidates who are applying for MP state service commission examination can appear in state forest exam too.

There is no manual correspondence for the examination. So candidates are advised to submit the form for online only.

Age will be calculated from 01.01.2018.

The candidates can download the admit card from date 01.02.2018 to 16.02.2018 through official website MPPSC official website.

  1. Hello Sir/Madam,

    I am ex Army person. I want to apply for DSP post.

    Have any quota for ex Army person for DSP post and also intimate age criteria.

    • The upper age limit is 35 Years for the MP Domicile candidates.
      There is further age relaxation in upper limit to various category applicants.
