MSTC, the mini Ratna industry operating under Ministry of Steel of Govt. Of India, has released official notification regarding recruitment 2018 for several engineering and non-engineering post. The vacancy is available for 34 positions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresher candidates awaiting their result are not eligible
  • Departments candidates (AM: SYS-JAVA Programmer, AM: SYS-Networking, AM: SYS-Dot
    NET) are eligible to apply provided that they have held next below scale for at least one year.
  • Exterior applicants (for SYS-JAVA Programmer and SYS-Networking posts) are eligible to apply if they previously held a regular position in below scale/with similar payscale for minimum 2 or more years.
  • To avail reservation benefits being OBC applicant, it’s necessary that the caste name and community must be listed in the “Central List Of Other Backward Classes” available on NSBC (National Commission For Backward Classes).
  • To avail reservation benefits being an SC/ST candidate, it’s necessary to submit caste certificate during verifications.
  • Only legal and govt. certified caste/ identity/domicile documents/certificates will be valid for verification processes.


BOND Requirement

Candidates that will be selected for Management Trainee and Assistant Manager will have to execute a bond of 100000 INR in favor of MSTC Ltd. to ensure the commitment for five years period.

Recruitment Process

  • An online selection test will be conducted for all the eligible candidates. Eligible candidates will have to appear in the text examination as per instructions will be provided in admit card.
  • All the candidates appearing the examination will then shortlisted on the scoring basis for group discussion round and personal interview round. Recruited applicants will be placed all over India.

Career Scope

All the selected management trainees will be getting one-year intensive training in the field, and then after the completion of training period, the candidates will get placed on E-Scale Pay as Assistant Manager.
