Nalco Salary structure for Graduate Engineers

National Aluminium Company is a biggest integrated PSU in Asia which has bauxite refinery, smelter unit and fabrication plant at a single location. NALCO established by Government of India under the ministry of mining in the year 1981. Recently The company has issued notification for the recruitment of young graduate engineer through GATE 2018.

In this post, we will see the job profile and salary in hand of freshly recruited engineers at NALCO.

NALCO Graduate Engineer Salary

NALCO Jr manager job is one of the best government jobs for engineers. After the successful selection in the recruitment exam based on GATE score and Personal Interview performance, the candidate will be called for one-year training.  This training will be classroom and on the job training.

After completion of training candidate will get the appointment for the post of Jr Manager in The pay band of 60,000-1,80,000.

The initial basic pay for the newly recruited engineer will be 60000 per month. Apart from this he/she will get Dearness Allowances, Cafeteria, PRP, LTC, Medical benefits etc.

Career progression and pay on promotions

As I have already mentioned that fresh graduate will be posted as junior manager grade at class I post.
