    1. The leaves and employees rules are described in the rule book of the company. Generally, most of the PSUs have 30 days Earned Leave facility. Apart from EL, an employee can take 12 Casual Leave and 30 days half pay leave in a calender year.

    certificate of competency in electrical supervisor.
    is it mandatory for fresher’s also?

    1. I have gone through ONGC Advertisement and found that Electrical & Electronics Stream isn’t there. If you really want to apply for the ONGC job then appear in GATE 2017 exam with Electrical Engineering & fill the ONGC online form. Let them check & take the decision.
