Power Grid Corporation of India has it’s headquarter located in Gurgaon, recently notified the vacancy position for the Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical & Civil), Junior Officer (HR), and Jr. Technician (Electrical). Junior Engineer Salary after 7th CPC
The 7th Pay Commission report is not for the Public Sector Undertaking Employees so PGCIL employees are not eligible for this. They actually get the 3rd Pay Revision Committee benefits which are applicable from 01.01.2017. The 3rd PRC already implemented for the PGCIL executive cadre and yet to be implemented for the non-executive posts.

After the implementation of 3rd PRC report for the nonexecutive staff, the pay will further increase to more than 20%.
Diploma Trainee Comes under the supervisor Grade S-1, they generally work under the executive engineer and follow their instructions on the field. As this is a supervisory cadre hence they have all the responsibility of field work. They monitor, operate and coordinate any work related to the project or maintenance of Transmission line.
Jr HR Officer
The HR Officer Trainee job is an officer or clerical in nature. They work under the Human Resource Officer and assist them by making record, entries, initiating file work etc.
The Junior Technician works under the Supervisor (Diploma Engineer) and does all field job manually with the help of standard tools. They might have to work in the shift also. They come under the workman Grade of W-3.
