The Company has decided to go with the National Public Sector Enterprises to recruit Assistant Managers and Engineers post through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering from the year 2019 onwards.

Before applying for the AE job in PSPCL, candidates should make sure that they have more than 60% marks in the Graduation from the government recognized university or college.
The final year appearing engineering students are also eligible to apply for the job post provided that they should submit the relevant qualification certificate during the document verification.
This is the 1st time when Punjab State Power Corporation announced that future recruitment for the post of Assistant Engineers and Manager will be done through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
The interested candidates who are appearing in the upcoming GATE 2019 exam, they have to apply for the PSPCL separately through the official website.
The PSPCL will use the GATE 2019 result list to call for the Graduate Engineers for a further round of recruitment process.
The company will publish a separate advertisement for the recruitment process and detailed job information of Assistant Engineers (Civil, Electrical) and Asst. Manager (IT) just before the online application start date.
The selected candidates will be on the probation for the three years. They will get fixed monthly pay equivalent to basic pay which is 16,650 in this case. They won’t get any allowances or increment during this period.
