UP Subordinate Court Clerical Cadre Category C Salary after 7th CPC

Allahabad High Court of Uttar Pradesh state has advertised the Centralized vacancy positions for the Civil Court Staff in the Group C / Class-III and Group D/ Class-IV cadre. In this post, I will show you the salary details of the Category C positions after the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission in Uttar Pradesh State.

Let’s check the pay for each post one by one.



Stenographer Grade-III Salary in Hand

to become a Stenographer in the Subordinate Courts of High Court Allahabad one need to be Graduate and must have passed the Stenography along with CCC certificate issued by DOEACC Society. As per official advertisement, a Stenographer is a Category C post and corresponding pay scale attached for the position is 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2800.

The 7th Pay Commission has already been implemented in the UP state, and hence the revised basic pay for the post is 29,200 per month. I have made a comparison between old salary and new after the 7th pay commission report for the post of steno which you can see here in the table.

So a newly recruited High Court Stenographer would get the total Rs 40,200/- per month after the regular appointment in the service.



Junior Assistant/ Paid Apprentices Pay Scale

Like a Steno post-Junior Assistant & Paid Apprentice are come under the Class-III cadre. A 12th pass candidate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer, is eligible to apply online for the position.

The Junior Assistant of the State District Courts subordinate to the High Court are getting recruited in the pay scale of 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2000 whereas the Paid Apprentice Grade pay is 1900 per month. I have presented the detailed salary data of both of these posts here in the separate tables.

Hence a fresh appointed Junior Assistant in the UP District Courts would get a gross monthly salary of Rs 30,200/- per month.

Paid Apprentices

The revised basic pay for the post of Paid Apprentices is 19,900 and gross salary per month would be Rs 27,900/- per month. As both Driver and Paid Apprentice enjoy the same pay scale in the Uttar Pradesh Court. So I have included the presented the pay details of paid apprentice along with the Driver post in the last table of the article.

UP Subordinate Court Driver (Grade-IV) Salary after 7th CPC

The Driver post in the District Subordinate Cort is a Category C post. To become a Driver one must be High School passed along with this s/he should have Driving License to drive a four-wheeler for a period not less than 3 years.

The Pay scale of a 5200-20200 Grade Pay 1900 and revised basic pay after 7th Pay Commission report is 19,900. Details can be checked here in the table.
